Regulating wheel head is mounted on double slide and swivel plate arrangement and can tilted up to -1° to +5° tilting angle,The regulating wheel head spindle is also made from nickel-chrome-molybdenum steel, case hardened, precisely ground and runes in hydrodynamic bearing, (Duel support with precision bearing available at extra cost)

There are two set of straight wheel truing unit is provided in machine, each is for grinding wheel and regulating wheel.Hydraulically operated wheel truing slide for both wheel, and speed and direction can be changed by a single Direction Control valve,Profile dressing in grinding wheel.

Hydraulic unit is provided separately, and supplies oil for lubrication of spindle and also for dressing cylinder.

Electrical are housed in dust heat and moisture free cabinet, consist reputed make switches contactors. Programmable logic controller for auto plunge grinding machine.
